On site services

Common Ground representatives regularly visit and inspect sites to ensure the services provided are of the highest standard, that maintenance schedules are being adhered to and to attend leaseholder/residents meetings. Common Ground manages properties across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire but only agrees to manage sites within one hour of our offices to ensure the highest levels of on site service.

Transparency of information - Leaseholders

Access to all records relating to your block/estate including expenditure/bank statements/accounts/scheduled works can be accessed via our unique client login area 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Transparency of Financial Information

Resident Management Company Directors/Freeholders also get access to our unique online accounts system allowing full inspection of the accounts 24/7; This way, you can assured your service charges are being spent wisely and can verify this at any time. Common Ground uses the Xero Online Accounting Software and is a certified Xero partner.

Right to Manage

If you don't own your freehold, we can assess and acquire clients' right to manage and then provide a full management service acting on the instructions of YOU, the leaseholder rather than the landlord. The Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 provides leaseholders with a right to take control of the management of their building and estate. For further information click here
